I have the 8220 and 8240, along with a 4000, 4200, a fired shaft, and my little guy, the Stylo+. For a while i did not want anything to do with the battery operated Dremels, due to previous ones i had nearly 20 years ago. I was given the 8220 then i won the 8240 not long after. Let me tell you i love love live them! I just wish the batteries were interchangeable so i didn't have to swap out the whole tool if I'm using it in my vise. I suggest the 8240 though.
