Appears to be an older oscillating tool. Have a lock/unlock lever not a round dial that I see now. When I unlock the lever, place the attachment on the tool, and then lock the lever, the attachment is not tight. The center round pin can be pulled up allowing the attachemnt to be loose. Using OEM Dremel attachments. Am I doing something wrong to attachment the attachments? Thank you for your time.

Thank you for contacting us about your oscillating tool. The oscillating tool models with the locking lever on top of the tool were manufactured from 2012-2019. From the description you gave us about the locking lever, we know the tool will need to be serviced. To help you further, someone from our team will be contacting you through email.
Here is a photo of the MM40, but there are a few other models with the locking lever.

Peggy, I am having the same isssue with my MM40 the blade won't stay secure and will pop off when using the tool. How do I go about getting it serviced?
