Hello AnimalAl, When you hold down the lock button on your Dremel tool are you able to loosen the 4486 Keyless chuck?If not try using the wrench and place that around the middle of the 4486 to see if it will loosen. What model tool do you have?
Hello Lac-Trader, The model 400XPR was manufactured between 2000-2009 and has been replaced with our current model 4000 Rotary tool.I am not sure where you can still purchase the model 400XPR I suggest checking eBay.
