Dremel Idealab 3D20 Printer Nozzle Only Heats Up Manually

I have a Dremel Idealab 3D20 Printer that has a printer nozzle / printer head that will not stay heated up.  If I go to the menu item thru the LCD and manually heat it up thru the menus, it heats up to 220C.  The problem is that it will not stay hot once I start a build / print.  SO nothing prints.  

Has the thermistor failed?  Or is this some other problem?  Can I just replace the printer head?  I did some very large / long prints (8+ hours) about 1 month ago so it seems like this just failed.
