This wooden book stand was created using the Dremel Blueprint cutting saw for the angles in the wood. Then the Dremel circle cutter was used to create the cut-out circle for a coffee mug placement. After using a normal drill bit to cut the circle, I replaced it with a Dremel router bit to remove the inside of the circle out. To finish the circle, sanding discs were used to smooth everything out. The rings were left in the wood to give it more of a rustic look.

This is fantastic! What a clever and practical use of Dremel tools. It's inspiring to see how you combined different Dremel tools and accessories to achieve such a clean and functional design, especially that coffee mug cut-out – that's a brilliant touch! Thanks for sharing your process and the beautiful end result!

What a good idea. Many people like reading a book while having a cup of coffee or hot tea. I recently started reading and could use something like this in my house.
Thank you for sharing this with us.
