Engraving

Used viking rune to make a sign for my carving station. Used Dremel flex shaft to complete project.

I love Viking stuff!  Did you use a ewathered piece of wood.  It is hard to tell from the photo.

I engraved the wood then took black acrylic paint and painted the whole board. Once paint dried I sanded it down. That's how I got the weathered looking piece.

Thanks for showing off your Viking rune.  I love Viking stuff too because I grew up going to the Swedish Glee Club where they had a lot of Viking art.  Good memories for me.
