Hello there folksI just got a Dremel 3000 and there is some kind of unit at the tip of the tool.I can't seem to find out how to loosen it or take off, what is this?

Collet Removal
I have a Dremel Model 300.How do you remove the collet? It is not sliding out. I removed the collet nut by twisting counter-clockwise, but I can't seem to the the actual collet off. It appears to be frozen in place.Please help.
