Hi.
Not sure where to go for help with this issue.
I recently purchased the blueprint saw kit from Amazon Canada just a few days ago.
The included battery is not working and will not keep a charge. It shows two bars of three bars and there is a non lit bar in the middle of the three bars, and it flashes, never solid.
Who can help and where do I go for help on receiving a working new battery that should have been included?

Another problem DremelJohn.
I was ecstatic to use the blueprint station! The right side panel/fap will not stay open/up! I have tried many times and it will not stay open/up!
I do have a video showing this.
