Looks great to me! My main advice it to keep doing it! A next step is to experiment with varying degrees of cutting depth. This will add dimentionality and a depth between your most shallow and your most deep cuts will serve as a mid-tone and can often feel like shadow or increased dimension. This is great as it is however!

Hi,
I'm more of a traditionalist, so when I look at this I see more dragon than horse. But it is definitely a cool way to carve. You could use same technique to make small ink blocks/stamps.

I agree with John. It is great work and play with depths to give your creations 3D persective. I was just at a craft fair and lady was making laser engraved and cut pieces into 3d displays. Absolutely gorgeous. This could evolve the same way.
