First attempt at free hand carving, using Max life burrs, any input on making lines more fluid?

It's beautiful and the only way to smooth things out even more is through practice. Keep creating!

Hi Jman2603, what bit did you use for this (number)? Then we can suggest something smoother.

Hmm, I can usually tell, but this shape is similar to many. https://www.dremel.com/binaries/content/assets/dremel/us/other/rotary-accessory-guide.pdf
The link goes to the Dremel accessory poster. I suggest you try 1-3 more bits that are not your bit and see if they give you the results you are looking for. This result may have something to do with the material you are carving. Is it solid wood or a laminate? Laminates, when carved often look like what you are showing.

Yes it is a piece of laminated mdf. I will try the other bits you have suggested though, greatly appreciated.

It is beautiful! Sometimes looking too close at a piece of freehand work makes it look less refined. Step back and it looks perfect!
