Did this for a friend's son. I found a really neat web site that's a font generator, it's free and easy to use. I think it's just called "Font Generator". I have an overhead projector that helps a lot! Once I got the name on the cedar plank I carved it out with my dremel, then I buned the letters. After a few coats of Mod Podge I added some glow in the dark paint to the letters, more Mod Podge, wet sand, dry wet sand, then some fine steel wool and shine it up.
